🤝 Zero Cost to Drivers
The Trucking Industry Has a Driver Respect Problem. We're Here to Fix Your Side of It.
You know how it goes. You apply to a carrier directly, you talk to a recruiter who tells you exactly what you want to hear, and three weeks into the job, the miles are short, the pay doesn’t match what was promised, and nobody’s picking up the phone.
It happens to experienced drivers every single day.
Not because drivers don’t do their homework.
But because most drivers are negotiating alone, against companies that do this for a living.
That’s the gap Prime American Driver Network was built to close.
We represent you.
We know the carriers, we know their actual numbers, and we know how to get you a better deal than you’d get walking in on your own.
Our job isn’t done when you sign, it’s done when you’re settled, satisfied, and rolling.
Three Positions. Dozens of Carriers. One Team Working to Get You the Best Deal on All of It.
Steady Miles. Real Benefits. A Carrier That Actually Delivers.
You want to focus on driving, not running a business, not chasing invoices, not dealing with the back-office. You want to know what your paycheck looks like on Friday, have insurance for your family, and work for a company that won’t jerk you around on home time.
We hear that. And we know exactly which carriers in our network deliver on those promises versus which ones just talk.
We’ll match you with Company Driver positions that fit your route preferences: OTR, Regional, or Dedicated, and we’ll negotiate your starting CPM, sign-on bonus eligibility, and home time terms before you ever shake hands.
Your Authority. Better Freight. Someone Watching Your Back.
You built your own operation because you trust yourself more than you trust a company to take care of you. Respect. But even the most independent Owner Operators lose money when they’re paired with the wrong carrier, bad freight rates, long deadhead miles, slow pay, and brokers who nickel-and-dime every load.
We work with Owner Operators to connect them with carriers and freight partners who offer legitimate rates, consistent lanes, and contracts that don’t bury the real numbers in the fine print.
Before you sign with anyone, let us look at the offer. We’ll tell you if it’s fair, and if it’s not, we’ll negotiate until it is.
Run Like an Owner Operator. Without the Barrier to Entry.
Owning your truck is the goal. Right now, it might not be the reality, and that’s not a character flaw, that’s a cash flow problem. Whether your credit has taken some hits, you’re coming off a bad lease, or you simply want to build up before you commit to a purchase, the Rent & Lease path is how smart drivers bridge that gap.
We connect you with carriers who run legitimate, transparent lease programs, the kind where you can actually read the contract, where the numbers make sense, and where ownership is a real destination, not a carrot on a stick.
We’ve seen the predatory lease programs out there. We don’t work with carriers who run them.
Real Questions, Straight Answers
Q: Is this service free for drivers? A: Yes. There is no cost to you at any stage of the process. Our job is to get you placed well — that’s how we measure success here.
Q: My record isn’t clean. Can you still help me? A: Often, yes. We work with carriers who evaluate drivers as individuals, not just as a checklist. One or two incidents in your history don’t automatically close every door. Talk to a specialist and let’s find out what’s possible.
Q: How is this different from just applying to carriers on my own? A: When you apply on your own, you’re negotiating against a company that does this every day. We know what rates are on the table, what sign-on bonuses are realistic, and which carriers consistently deliver on what they promise. You get better terms and you avoid the ones who won’t.
Q: What if I try a placement and it doesn’t work out? A: Then we get back to work. We don’t consider our job done because you got placed — we consider it done when you’re in a position that works for you. If a placement falls short of what was committed, we address it directly with the carrier on your behalf.
Q: How quickly can I get placed? A: Most drivers receive their first matched offers within 48–72 hours of their specialist call. Some start within the week. It depends on your location, CDL history, and position type — your specialist will give you a realistic timeline upfront.
The Right Position Is Out There. Let's Go Find It Together.
You’ve kept this country moving through long hauls, tough winters, and years of miles that don’t always get the credit they deserve. The least you’re owed is a company that fights for your interests when you sit down at the negotiating table.
